The Hayward Manual Air Relief Valve with O-Ring (CCX1000V) is a genuine Hayward replacement component for compatible SwimClear, XStream and HCF Series cartridge filters, as well as ProGrid vertical grid D.E. filter applications. The valve provides a manual means of releasing trapped air from the filter system.
Releasing accumulated air helps the filtration system maintain proper water flow and pressure during start-up and regular operation. The CCX1000V includes the air relief valve and O-ring for replacement of the corresponding components on compatible Hayward filter systems.
