This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered for purchases made through ultimatepools.ca.
Free Shipping in Canada
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149 CAD (before taxes) within Canada.
Orders below this threshold will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination, carrier, and package size.
Important:
- Free shipping is available within Canada only.
- Free shipping does not apply to certain rural or remote locations.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for rural or remote areas and will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Oversized or freight items (such as filters, heaters, or large equipment) may ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers and may require additional transit time. These shipments may include curbside or tailgate delivery only.

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

- FedEx Ground
- UPS
- Day & Ross
- ICS Courier

Local Delivery
We offer Free Local Delivery to select areas:
- Waterdown
- Burlington
- Oakville
- Mississauga (select postal codes: L5B, L5C, L5H, L5J, L5K, L5L, L5M, L5N, L5R, L5V, L5W)
Local delivery orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery where required. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or absence, redelivery fees may apply.
Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not claimed or accepted, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or redelivery costs.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship all orders promptly, delays may occur after an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Delays may be caused by:
- weather conditions,
- carrier service disruptions,
- high shipping volumes, or
- statutory holidays.
Ultimate Pool Service Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the shipment has left our facility.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Canada only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
