The Paramount SDX Retro High Flow Suction Outlet Grate (004-159-2212-02) is a grey retrofit suction outlet designed for use as a wall fitting or as a floor drain where debris removal is not a concern. The SDX Retro version is designed to fit existing suction outlet plaster rings up to 10" in diameter, making it suitable for upgrading compatible existing installations.
The patented ribbed design uses sixty individual mini-drain openings to support high flow while helping address hair, limb, body suction, evisceration and mechanical entrapment hazards. The SDX is listed for up to 200 GPM on floor installations and 192 GPM on wall installations, with a listed velocity of 1.485 feet per second at the opening at 200 GPM.
