2025 SEASON
WEEKLY MAINTENANCEStarting At:
$90.00CAD
Includes:
- Skim any surface debris, vacuum the pool and scrub the water line
- Backwash the filter and clean the skimmer and pump baskets (ensure filter pressure is optimal on cartridge filters)
- Test water chemistry and add appropriate dosages of chemicals to keep the water balanced and comfortable for your swimming enjoyment
- Ensure equipment is operating properly
- Maintenance service is billed at $90 and pro-rated based on crew size: 45 minutes of service when 1 technician is onsite, or 30 minutes when 2 technicians are onsite.
- Attached spas $15.00 additional

CHEMICAL CHECKS Starting At:

Includes:
- Test water chemistry and add appropriate dosages of chemicals to keep the water balanced and comfortable for your swimming enjoyment

VACATION MAINTENANCEStarting At:
$120.00CAD
Includes:
- Same as Weekly Maintenance Package except: Available June – August
- Must provide a contact number in case of lower water level, Ultimate is not responsible for maintaining water level – but can do so at additional cost if needed
- Rate discounted to $90.00 if service is provided multiple times per week
- Price is pro-rated at 45 minutes of service if 1 crew member is onsite, or 30 minutes if 2 crew members are onsite
- Maintenance service is billed at $90 and pro-rated based on crew size: 45 minutes of service when 1 technician is onsite, or 30 minutes when 2 technicians are onsite.
