We want shipping to be clear, fast, and hassle-free. This page explains how shipping and local delivery work for orders placed on ultimatepools.ca.

Free Shipping in Canada

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $149 CAD before taxes anywhere in Canada.

Orders below this amount will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier rates.

Please note:

  • Free shipping is available within Canada only.
  • Free shipping does not apply to certain rural or remote locations.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for some rural or remote areas.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Oversized and Freight Shipments

Some larger items, such as filters, heaters, and other oversized equipment, may ship by LTL freight carrier and may require additional transit time.

Freight deliveries may be curbside or tailgate delivery only, depending on the shipment and carrier.

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • Canada Post
  • FedEx Ground
  • UPS
  • Day & Ross
  • ICS Courier

Free Local Delivery

We offer Free Local Delivery on orders over $99 CAD to select areas:

  • Waterdown
  • Burlington
  • Oakville
  • Mississauga (select postal codes only: L5B, L5C, L5H, L5J, L5K, L5L, L5M, L5N, L5R, L5V, L5W)

Local delivery orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where required. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being available, additional delivery charges may apply.

Incorrect Addresses and Missed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because it was not claimed or accepted, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or redelivery charges.

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, delays can sometimes occur after a package leaves our facility.

Delays may happen due to:

  • weather,
  • carrier service disruptions,
  • high shipping volumes, or
  • holidays.

Ultimate Pool Service Inc. is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays once the shipment is in transit.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
