The Raypak 010061F Copper Tube Bundle is a genuine OEM replacement heat exchanger tube bundle designed for compatible Raypak and Rheem 336A and 337A residential pool heaters equipped with polymer headers.
This copper tube bundle is the primary heat-transfer component inside the heater. It is intended for replacement when the existing bundle has failed, developed a leak, become severely scaled, or otherwise requires service. Always verify the heater model, residential polymer-header configuration, and existing heat exchanger material before ordering.

Important: 010061F is intended for residential polymer-header applications. Commercial / ASME heaters with metal headers use different tube bundles and are not interchangeable. This copper tube bundle is also not intended for cupronickel heat exchanger applications. Verify the complete heater model and rating plate before ordering.
Important Service Note
Raypak advises that conditions which cause a tube bundle to fail may also affect the heater bypass valve and Unitherm Governor. These components should be inspected during tube bundle replacement to help prevent premature failure of the new exchanger.
