Recommended Levels
- Free available chlorine: 3.0 to 5.0 ppm
- pH: 7.2 to 7.8
- Total alkalinity: 125 to 150 ppm
- Calcium hardness: 150 to 200 ppm
- Maintain levels as determined by a testing kit
Application Method
- If using an automatic chlorinator, fill the chamber with Spa Chlor Ultra 1" tablets and adjust the flow rate according to manufacturer recommendations to maintain proper chlorine residual
- Adding tablets to a spa floating chemical dispenser is an alternative chlorine feed method
Instructions
- Add Spa Chlor Ultra 1" according to the chosen application method
- Maintain water circulation for at least 1 hour
- Wait 5 minutes before bathing
- Always measure free available chlorine before using the spa to confirm it is within the recommended range
- Do not apply while swimmers are in the spa
Dosage Guide
- Initial dosage: Superchlorinate a freshly filled spa by adding 20 g per 1,000 L of spa water
- Routine dosage: Maintain proper chlorine residual by adding 10 g per 1,000 L of spa water daily or as needed
- Malodorous water treatment: Add 30 g per 1,000 L of spa water, maintain circulation for at least 1 hour and wait 4 hours before using

Important Safety Information
Use only as directed. Direct tablet contact may cause bleaching of spa surfaces. Do not apply the product when swimmers are in the spa.
Automatic feeding devices using these tablets must be free from other spa sanitizers to avoid the probability of an explosion. Spa Chlor Ultra 1" contains stabilizer, which can accumulate in spa water. Keep stabilizer within the 30 to 100 ppm range by dilution with fresh water.
Superchlorination with Spa Chlor Ultra 1" will also lower total alkalinity. Make sure total alkalinity stays within the recommended range.
