Very impressed with Ultimate. Called because we were having suction issues and couldn't vacuum the pool. Someone was at our house within an hour and we discovered it was one of the owners of the business. He was extremely professional and helpful, and because he was already there and fixed the issue so quickly he did some liner pulls as well for us. Now the pool is working perfectly and looking great.
